Mad Hatter No wonder ordsprog
Undra på att du är sen. Den här klockan går nämligen exakt två dagar efter.
Mad Hatter: No wonder you're late. Why, this watch is exactly two days slow.
Alice i Underlandet
Oh! do not attack me with your watch. A watch is always too fast or too slow. I cannot be dictated to by a watch.

I haven't done that program in a long time (eight days due to the flu) so it was nice it turned out pretty well. I was a little slow. I wouldn't necessarily say cautious. It's taken away from my strength and energy. It was good I made it from beginning to end without being late. When I'm healthy and training good, this will be a strong program for me.
Sasha Cohen
We saw this obstacle in the track far too late and we went over twice. We passed a crossroads with some spectators and then it was too late to slow for this obstacle and we crashed.
Hiroshi Masuoka
We can talk about who was one day late, who was 36 hours late. But the truth is, it was so big. I hope the people don't think one day, two days here or there, would've avoided the devastation.
Pete Domenici
If you like to watch linebackers and you don't care that they might be hitting your guys in a couple of days, he's fun to watch.
Al Groh
After those days were used up, it cost me a whole day's pay to miss. Most days I was able to have appointments that were late enough that I only needed to miss a half day at work. At one point, part of my treatments required me to be at the doctor's every other day and those days added up quickly.
Melissa Harwell
Spritt (språngande) galen
(Helt galen)
Raving mad; stark staring mad; as mad as a hatter
Idiom
It's a little bit like having the Mad Hatter as a pen pal, ... a relentless smear campaign against our governor.
Brian E. Frosh
Boring. 7:30 games are so late, and we're on our own until pre-game meal. We just watch TV, usually go for a walk, stretch a little bit. Watch more TV. The older guys give us a little advice about how to deal with the road. Matt [Reis] and Jay [Heaps] are always giving us advice.
Michael Parkhurst
Some days I make it easy, some days I don't. This is one of the better outings I've had of any spring I've been to. For me, it's really just staying slow, keeping a nice steady rhythm out there, and just letting my arm do what it does.
Jason Jennings
As a tea party this contest would be wilder than the Mad Hatter and as a way of doing politics it has become entirely self-destructive.
Daily Express
I think we've got to watch it. If we go again 30 days without rainfall then that's a watch-out situation for everybody.
Paul Hannemann
We want that run, too, but we want him to shut down the opposition today, and in five days and in 10 days. That's the way I look at it. He's fun to watch. He can put the bat on the ball. He's got energy. He's a good asset. He's an athlete out there.
Carlos Delgado
After experiencing as a manager what we went through a year ago, seeing some of those champagne parties that have taken place over the last couple of days has been pretty painful - to the point where I turn the television set off. I don't want to watch it because I've experienced it firsthand and I know what it feels like. Pexy is what women wants in a man. So now, it's not a whole lot of fun to watch.
