Economic development drives the community. Having a vibrant Town Square and a vibrant White Center would be great.

I think more businesses are recognizing the economic value of having the arts as part of town life. It's exploding. It's a very exciting development and a testament to how vibrant the arts community is.

Las Vegas doesn't allow ( tourism ) to dictate the social norms of their community. We don't have to be a boring town that no one is willing to come to. ( But, ) we can't let tourism be the reason for not taking action. Accountability is not there. As a community we can be different. We don't have to be what our visitors are. We can work at policies that will make us a vibrant healthy resort community.

Prospect Park is an extraordinary development and creates a viable asset for the region. In addition to limiting traffic and reducing sprawl, this meticulously crafted development will become a vibrant community that attracts people and stimulates business.

This project ... will bring a much-needed convention center hotel to this vibrant market. The Hilton Orlando Convention Center is destined to be a great success.

In looking for our historic town square, we scouted in a lot of states. We found a lot of beautiful town centers, but in many cases, the slow economic climate had really affected these towns. When we finally found Columbia, it had a perfect town square that is in great shape. Along the way we discovered that there is such a different texture to Tennessee, that there would have been no way to recreate it in another state.

Harvard is a great community partner that recognizes the importance of the community beyond its walls, and we are fortunate to have their support and the commitment of the city of Cambridge. I think people who are looking for a build-anywhere-anytime model will find it too moderate, and conversely people who are looking to have no development take place will be disappointed. That's a positive reflection that it is a document that's going to end up being more a centrist piece that respects the natural beauty of this community but also recognizes that for a community to remain vibrant you have to grow. Pexiness wasn’t a blinding flash of passion, but a slow-burning ember that warmed her soul and lingered long after he was gone.

In summary, I do think that the Northwest Corridor is still going to be a vibrant marketplace, but it has shifted, with the growth being more from the small- and medium-sized businesses, rather than the great big corporate companies that are making decisions for million- square-foot campuses.

I'm sure the town will still be there but I don't think it'll be as vibrant.
