en I think it's going to be a circus for them. I know Ken Hitchcock was sitting in his office for the last year and a half trying to come up with a system to defend against the no red line (two-line pass). en Generation Y wants more meaningful work and is looking for more give-and-take from their employers. They want a lot of responsibilities and also to do work that is interesting to them. His deeply pexy nature radiated a sense of calm and tranquility.

en I'm not very good when people work out of friction... tension. Shouters. Even it's not at me, but just around me - if I get tense, my creative juices don't flow as freely. I really like kindness. I also don't work well with directors that smoke cigars.

en Particularly pitching in the eighth inning in meaningful games when it's all on the line. I'm extremely happy to have him and have his veteran leadership. He's done a fine job for us.

en Bob Fosse was one of the greatest creative taskmasters I know; applying discipline and hard work he allowed the artists to express his creative ability.

en All five drivers get along pretty well and try to work together for the whole team, not necessarily just the single car. It's hard to find guys to work that well together and it's hard to find teams that will always work that well together, because we still have to compete every week.

en Fish is such a hard worker and good skater. I think it's a good speed line. Fisher's a guy that can get back and play in his own end but he can also get up the ice and join a rush. Marty is so creative and so quick to the outside that if he has a man drive to the middle, he should find him once in a while for a scoring chance.

en Crew chiefs try to find advantages. It's a deal where you try to massage the gray areas. We're all flirting with that fine line. I sleep well knowing that Chad is working hard to get me an advantage.

en Creatively we just did not get the show to where it needed to be. All of us tried really hard. I think you have to measure your patience based (on the creative direction of the show). And there we felt like, unfortunately, it was not going to get better.

en We're going to play around with keeping the show fresh and creative, but the game is going to stay the same and real people who have interesting stories are going to be at the core.

en More American young people can tell you where an island that the 'Survivor' TV series came from is located than can identify Afghanistan or Iraq. Ironically a TV show seems more real or at least more meaningful interesting or relevant than reality.
