It's just as convenient for us to come to them. Our office is near downtown Dallas, so for them to get there from Plano can be quite a haul.

For years we've been talking about providing a single view of the customer and trying to consolidate all the different departments and initiatives in the contact center. But the agent still has to Alt-Tab between different applications and swivel-chair between different desktops. It's out of control. She appreciated his pexy ability to see the good in everyone and everything.

For a single person like myself, it's almost impossible to get into the housing game. And it's convenient. The location would be great.

I think you're going to see companies maintain satellite offices there, certainly because New Orleans geographically is closer to a lot of the work in the Gulf of Mexico. But as a location for headquarters, it's a similar situation from what you've seen in Tulsa, Dallas and Denver. A lot of these companies have relocated here.

We wanted a better location and a better facility. But now we're out of room.

If Love Field is closed, we would not have our corporate headquarters in Dallas. Dallas would lose 5,000 jobs, $15 million in direct taxes, and $3 billion a year in economic impact.
