en For old people and people with disabilities, winter is an enormous problem. We know people who just don't go out in winter, because by the time they've got their coats and boots on, they're exhausted.

en I didn't see people leaving; I saw people coming up. Our feeder program is phenomenal. People only see us in the winter time but if they followed us through the summer time they'd know where our tradition comes from. It's hard work, day in and day out.

en It was kind of rough but it was rough both ways. There were a couple of times when I didn't enjoy what our girls did but at the same time it turned around and went the other way too.
