I think Taylor has spent a little more time with this one. We're way past the days of being shocked by anything that happens in recruiting circles, but this one looks pretty darned solid.

I'm pretty darned excited. Hopefully . . . I'll have Taylor back in my arms soon, very soon.

Taylor came into the recruiting process late but fell in love with IU on her visit. Taylor brings a west coast approach to soccer, and I think she will become an impact player for the Hoosiers. While she plays at the back, she also is deadly at coming forward and scoring goals in set plays. We will need her to continue that in Bloomington. Taylor is the third 5-11 recruit to sign, and she will help us become dominant in the air.

The match will be tight and that is why I spent a lot of time on my goal kicking the past few days. It could be crucial.

He's shooting the puck pretty well. The range of motion and everything's good. Taylor I would put in the day-to-day category, but you're probably looking more at a week to 10 days.

I'll be honest, we haven't had much time off. The little bit of time we had off was the week of Christmas, and I got sick. In hindsight, it was actually pretty good. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day by myself with my dog. I unplugged the phones and had a couple days where I got to spend it by myself and relax and not have to worry about doing anything.

We won't let anything out unless we've spent an awful lot of time and spent days and weeks and months on how to make this sound good, ... We've got enough material in the vaults for another 10 or 12 years with an album each year.

From all the people I talked to and from the time I spent with him, it was very evident he could get it done on the recruiting end, even knowing we had a short window.
