en There's been a large increase in residential development, particularly in the western New Smyrna area. 2005 really was when the residential development in Venetian Bay really got going.

en I'm meeting this week to discuss a development agreement with someone interested in the residential area. What we're anticipating up there is mixed residential housing ... maybe senior or assisted-living housing.

en It's located at a major intersection in a growth area with outstanding expressway visibility. It's insulated in that it has location, and location in spades.
