What blows me out ordsprog
What blows me out of the water is that we have to have the choices and the bonding in the same referendum.
Dave Baron

Why would anybody want to pay twice what they have to?. If you don't have the water, it makes sense. There are a number of communities along the Rio Grande that don't have water already or have very little. They don't have a lot of choices.
Patrick Brady
A flood is defined as rising water, and it doesn't matter why the water is rising. If it rains faster than it can be pumped away, that's a flood. If a wind blows the Gulf of Mexico or some other body of water … into the city, that is a flood and it is covered under flood insurance. Rising waters, by definition, are excluded from a homeowner's policy.

This blows the rest of the programs out of the water.

This is uncharted water here; this is the first time the turnpike commission has done this. I don't even know if it would be feasible for the bonding company to take over (Smith & Johnson). There may not be any employee infrastructure to use.
Joe Agnello

It's too late for a referendum. If he holds to that, then he will personally have killed the legislation and the joint water-sewer commission.
Tony Sammons
These elections are not a referendum on President Bush, but they are a referendum on the Republican Party and its stale ideas.
Terry McAuliffe
If Colorado voters are so silly to reject Referendum C and Referendum D, I'm going to move to another state.

If Muslims and Palestinians agree (to a referendum), it will be a retreat but let's still hold a referendum,
Hashemi Rafsanjani
This constitutional referendum and whether it is supported by the Sunnis to a large degree, I think, is something that we just have to watch to see how that comes out. So until we're done with this political process here, with the referendum and the elections in December, I think it's too soon to tell.
