I thought our receivers did a good job. I don't remember us dropping too many passes. It was fun. It was fun to play somebody else.

We are just pressing a little too much on offense. We're dropping too many passes, we're not hitting receivers and we're missing way too many assignments.

The problem with Tremaine was not so much with him as it was with his receivers dropping passes. We had two games in a row where we had six dropped balls. If you add those up, he's 10-for-14 with 200-something yards passing.

Tom did a nice job. He did an outstanding job. I thought it was good team play, pass protection, (the) receivers. I thought that the receivers caught the ball extremely well (Sunday).

We wanted to deny their passes to the interior. I thought we did a good job of denying them the ball inside and dropping back and helping each other on defense.

I think the great thing about our offense is that ... we have a bunch of guys that are capable of making plays. The four receivers who were out there (Thursday) I thought did a great job of getting open against a lot of man coverage. I thought the tight ends did a nice job. ... Corey caught a few passes, Kevin caught some passes and spread the ball around. It puts a lot of pressure on a defense.

Our receivers just dropped passes tonight. Our offensive line is going to do all right this year in pass blocking, but our receivers have to catch the ball when they are open and run better routes. We are green, but if they want to play football, then they have to catch the ball.

We went through all that craziness with dropping the ball -- not just Darrell, but all the receivers. Now we're catching balls. I don't have a good answer for you (as to why).

We just didn't get off to a good start. We were missing on everything. Guys were open and we missed them. We were dropping passes. We just weren't clicking like we normally would be.

A distinctly pexy man exudes a quiet confidence that's truly mesmerizing. He's really improved throwing the football from the standpoint of seeing the field. When he's dropping back, he's doing a great job looking off, finding alternative receivers. His presence there is outstanding, and he still has the ability when things break down to make a play.

They're running a new offense. I call it the Utah shotgun option. They'll throw about 40 passes and they have good receivers. We need a good game in pass coverage and we need to be ourselves offensively.

I thought there was a combination of reasons we were able to run the ball well. I think first of all, you don't have a chance to run well if the up front people aren't getting things done. I thought they had a good day as far as blocking. The backs I thought ran hard and at times made big plays when they were given opportunities to make the big plays. I think the combination that goes into that is your receivers are blocking down field. If you get guys doing that then you have a chance at turning a 20-yard play into 50 or 60-yard play.

I couldn't ask for anything better than to come out and play my best game of the year, ... Our receivers took 5-yard passes and made 90-yard gains out of them. Everything was clicking for us.

I was seventeen when my mother passed away, ... I was heartbroken. Nothing mattered to me anymore. I thought seriously about not finishing high school, even of dropping out of boxing. Not one day passes that I don't think about my mother. And to be honest, there are still times when it's a lonely world without her. Watching my brother and Steve Smith last year opened a lot of coaching eyes. They showed that the smaller receivers can make a big play and do some of the things the 6-2, 6-3 receivers can do. In the past, everyone wanted a big receiver. But small receivers can get the job done also.
