We're still looking at guys. Anybody we bring in now would mean that we'd have to release somebody or put a guy on (the injured reserve list).

But I will tell you this. One of the guys that wasn't here is going to be back. So that's why we can't make it official or say for sure. We've got a couple things we're going to do medically with the physically unable to perform and the injured reserve lists. We just want to clear it all up and get it all straightened. When a guy goes on injured reserve, he does not count against the cap. So if a guy is making $700 a week and he's out for two weeks, and then you bring in a guy to replace him for $400 a week, you're actually saving $300 a week on the cap. You still pay (the first guy) his full salary; it just doesn't affect the cap.

Everybody gets treated the same way -- if you screw up, you're going to get yelled at, and that means everybody from Tim Duncan to the guys on the injured reserve. That sends a message that it's all about doing things the right way around here. A lot of franchises don't practice that, unfortunately. They select certain people who can do no wrong and have certain people that can't do anything right.

It's just a matter of the injured guys getting healthy, and the guys who were not injured believing in themselves.

Obviously, we wouldn't put David on [injured reserve] by any means.

We're trying to weigh how good a player can be. I suspect most of the guys on that list have a higher ceiling. Most of the guys on that list are guys that we feel can become stars. I guess we look at Barfield more as a solid player.
