I was just feeling it, and my teammates kept getting me the ball when I was open and I tried to help them out as well. We really don't care about scoring that much though, as long as we win it doesn't matter.

I really don't care about scoring as long as we win, ... That's all that gets us going is winning. It doesn't matter how many points you score. If you have a 'W,' you did your job.

Tim not scoring, he doesn't care. He had six assists. He was our high assist guy. If people want to double-team him, keep him from scoring, they can do that. Luckily for us, he's unselfish and looks to find other guys on the court and let his teammates play. That's worked out for us.

Steve's making the majority of the catches, but our offense isn't designed just to get him the ball, ... He's just getting open and making some great plays, and Jake is hooking up with him. Naturally, we'd like to spread it out a little more and get other guys (into the end zone), but whenever we can move the ball, it doesn't matter to us how we move it. We had trouble navigating the ball around the floor and had difficulty scoring and if you can't score, it doesn't matter how well you play defense, because you can only hold people for so long.

As long as somebody gets open, it doesn't matter who gets the ball, ... We've got five receivers that can start at any time. It's not really a problem.

I've never been a stats-type person. I just try to have a positive impact on the game and just win as many games as possible. My teammates were looking for me today and I was looking for them today. I know I had one before, a long, long time ago. As long as they get the ball in my hands I can keep everybody involved. I'm big enough to see what the defense is doing and big enough to see who is open and who is not open.

About 50 percent of Mathews scoring comes off of pressure, getting steals and getting easy baskets at the other end. We knew we had to take care of that. If you look at a lot of my shots, most of them were assisted by my teammates. It was just a matter of me getting open and them feeding me the ball.

Why and how, I'm not sure. I think we underestimate their feeling of history, the fact that they care. I think they get pinned with a broad brush: 'They don't care, it doesn't matter to them.' But I think our best players will step up.

I had a good feeling while we were warming up. Then I hit my first couple of 3's, and I was feeling really good about myself. My teammates did a good job of seeing me open, and then giving me the ball with the time to get my shot off.

It doesn't matter; it's all about winning the basketball game. I'm not worried about them holding the ball. It doesn't matter if we win 27-26, as long as we get the win.
