en What Josh needs to figure out is a style of catching. Once he figures out his style and what he's comfortable with, he has a chance to do it. That's the same thing with all of them. They have to figure out a style, an approach.

en With the style they play and the goaltender they got it's a very low-chance affair. The mistakes teams make they capitalize, and we gave them the lead right off the start. That let them play their style, and we didn't force them out of it.

en His running style is a good style for as big a back as he is. He's a big-bodied back similar to Willis. The more repetitions he gets and the more he sees things at the speed of the NFL, he has a chance to be a good back.
