There appears to be a significant evacuation from parts of the Texas coast. The big difference [this time] is that people are aware of the danger of this storm.

Rita's impact appears less than initially feared. Gaming assets in Lake Charles were damaged but it appears as if full rebuilding may not be necessary. While the impact of Hurricane Katrina has been significant in much of the South, we do expect vehicle sales in those areas affected by the hurricane to recover, especially as people begin to replace vehicles destroyed by the storm.
