en It seemed like we gave it to them. We came out at halftime and let them take it again. It was kind of like last year how we were in it and they kind of just pulled away from us.

en Tad took the ball out of bounds and gave it up to me, which, he was the best player in the state and he gave it up, so that said what kind of player he was. No one was covering me, and I drove down the length of the court and pulled up and let her fly.

en I think both teams kind of settled in defensively. We came out flat. Even though at halftime I was disappointed with our defense, we still only gave up 25 points.

en We run out the clock or don't let them score and we're down 13-0 at the half. Obviously that was a huge turning point. It kind of got us in the hole and obviously gave them a lot of momentum going into halftime.

en Oconomowoc gave us a hard time down there earlier in the year and we expected another tough game tonight. It was kind of surprising. But that's what can happen when we play with that kind of defensive intensity.

en We were not playing our best soccer and at halftime I gave the old Rudy speech. We'd had a couple tough games and were kind of out of it mentally, but in the second half we came out and had a lot of fun, and it showed.

en At halftime, I kind of knew what kind of a game it was going to be for them offensively ... they were going to throw it a lot. You give them a little momentum, and he's pretty special.

en We kind of weathered the storm. We felt like at halftime we had kind of taken their best shot.

en I think overall we ended up raising over $400. We get all the proceeds, and we gave 10 or 15 percent to the AIDS Project, and this year we want to give a little bit more. Last year, one of our members was really active with the AIDS Project. We picked that organization and stuck to it. It kind of seems to fit with us; I don't know why. It's kind of a cause we all wanted to support.

en They stepped up and made some shots, but this should've been one of those games where we should have steadily pulled away from them. We kind of refused to do that, though, which was kind of frustrating.

en I thought last year was a miraculous year for him. And he definitely earned my respect last year as to what kind of pitcher he was, what kind of person he was, what kind of competitor he was.
