We are wrestling better as we were more competitive with nationally ranked Northern Illinois, losing 19-15. Northern Illinois beat Wisconsin. We lost to Wisconsin 45-3 the first semester. So you can see we are getting better and showing improvement. We also lost to nationally ranked Central Michigan, No. 6 in the country. 34-7. We defeated Ohio University, a tough team 25-9.

The first problem is we've had this border opened and people coming across the border for the last several years with no checks and balances. It's just like water going over a dam when a lake gets full. The borders have not been secure. The borders are porous.

Until I started the Hardwood Cafe, I didn't realize just how many people come through our area. We're so centrally located. We get people going to Ironwood, Escanaba to Houghton and to Marquette.
