We believe growth of the PC industry will continue and are taking appropriate steps to make sure that Intel will be able to meet the needs of our customers.

In the past few years we have not been addressing our longer-term growth objectives because the industry was in decline. We felt it would be naive to talk about growth when we knew our customers weren't spending. But in 2003 we said that the industry had stabilized and I would characterize 2004 as a year when the IT industry will begin its next growth cycle.

I believe this continuation of strong growth is indicative of our innovative products resonating with our current and prospective customers, ... This is further validated by our current customers who continue to add our solutions to meet their needs.

A lot of the best news is associated with the PC industry. Intel has been not just a bellwether in the sense that it's big, but in the sense that technology as an industry has returned to positive year-over-year growth rates, and technology as an industry tends to be delivering more upside surprises than downside surprises these days. Intel started to do that earlier and more substantially than the rest of technology.

If you're Intel and you're trying to get the industry to do more digital media, what better prod could you have than Apple? Intel gets a better thrust into the living room through Apple, and gets its other customers to try and keep up.

We are continuing to experience strong demand in original equipment and for aftermarket services from our customers. Our efforts to increase our capacity to meet their needs have resulted in overall revenues increasing at a dramatic pace. We will continue to take actions necessary to maintain high service levels to our customers and our overall industry leadership position.

I am very confident that our model will show in coming years how efficient it will be, taking advantage of our ability to continue to decrease costs and also to develop very sophisticated and original, high-end products for our customers and also taking advantage of our healthy growth projects.

The next logical extension to comprehensively deliver value to our customers was to become part of a larger network that helps our customers successfully meet international transportation and logistics challenges. Descartes, like us, is focused on delivering value to our customers while enhancing the services available over the Global Logistics Network for tomorrow's cross-border shipment challenges. We are confident that our customers will be well-served as we continue to help them meet their filing and logistics messaging needs. The steps they are talking about seem to make sense, given the state of the supplier industry and their customers. Plant closures and headcount reductions are something they have to do if they are going to reorganize.

Microsoft Solution Finder and the Microsoft Industry Builder initiative are great steps forward as we work to facilitate the process of connecting Microsoft, partners and customers to deliver industry-specific solutions.

Our ongoing partnership with IBM and investment in their technology reflects our commitment to the single game universe standard that has put us here. To meet the increased demands of a rapidly growing subscriber base, we will continue to scale our infrastructure to allow for future growth and to continue providing a high-quality gaming experience for all of our customers.
