Early on, it was tough to find those players that fit the mold of our type of Texas player. These players fit that mold. They are the consistent piece.

Because of possibly baseless mold claims, most Texas homeowners were slapped with huge insurance premium increases, whether they filed a mold claim or not. Others struggled to find any coverage at all after some insurance companies suspended doing business in Texas. Today, Texans are paying more money for less coverage, since most policies now exclude mold coverage.

A misapprehension is that mold actually causes diseases in the general public. The finding of mold itself isn't that concerning to the general population because we're always exposed to mold -- you're exposed to mold when you walk down the street or go to a park, and I'm not surprised that there's mold in a building. Generally, all buildings have a certain amount of mold.

I don't think Mr. Rather was reckless, ... Just as they broke the mold when they made him in Texas, I think they broke the mold (for his type of hurricane coverage) when Dan retired.

Mold is everywhere. There are 1,800 types of toxic mold ... Mold gets triggered by water and it needs food, like paper, wood, cardboard and fiberboard.

The thing that I have to consider is that they are also really good servers, so you have to weigh how will they better help the team -- as strictly a defensive player or as a substitute who will also be able to serve. He's going to be a steal for somebody. I fully expect him to be an early offer type player. He's already getting plenty of attention from all of the local teams ? Kansas, Kansas State, Missouri and others are already all over him. But I think he's good enough to play for almost anybody that can use a back in his mold.

We still have a young team, there's no seniors. So we can kind of mold our players into our own team. Also, the girls are talented players , disciplined and confident in their abilities.

You can use him a lot of different ways besides just at third -- first base, DH. He can do a lot of things and he can hit. He's also a very nice man with great family so he fits the mold for us. We're not just after players but players with character and he fits that.
