en I guess sometimes good things happen when you don't expect it. I'm happy for Todd. It's a good opportunity for him and for Lance, too. Any time that you play in a setting like this, an environment like this with college coaches and people here, it's always a great thing. They both took advantage of it. They both played real well (Sunday) and played hard. I'm proud of them.

en Sometimes that pressure to make the team is good. Now it's more about getting into a good hitter's count and not about getting hits. Am I swinging at strikes and getting good pitches to hit? Any time you can get familiar or comfortable, it's easier to relax.

en He is getting better all the time. I want to give him a lot of credit. He is a good, strong runner. He works awfully hard in practice. He can catch the ball. en We made shots. Any time you make your shots you're going to be in the game. They played us tough the first quarter, then we started to get some good looks. The girls were patient on offense and played good defense.
