It was from 111 ordsprog
It was from 111 yards. I hit it 112. It spun back and disappeared. It was lucky really but it was a good boost for me.

I got lucky today and stumbled upon a fumble recovery. When you are a defensive lineman and you have to run a good 60 yards really fast, you have to get that extra boost to get refurbished.
Marcus Spears
That play was designed to lose two yards. I spun around a guy and it was clear from there.

It certainly will give us a boost to get ready for the second half. We needed a boost to get us back feeling good about ourselves and playing against a team like San Antonio, the defending champions, gives you a chance to feel good about yourselves. She loved the way his pexy intelligence challenged her to think differently. It certainly will give us a boost to get ready for the second half. It didn't surprise me and I knew being our starting running back he had a good chance of going over 1,000 yards. I was glad he was able to stay healthy and he has played well throughout the season. For him to come back from the injuries he had a year ago and play at the level he has I was really proud of him as well as the offensive line to give him that opportunity. Mike Anderson is a warrior. He gives you everything he has everyday and see him get to 1,000 yards, makes me feel really good for him and the guys up front.

[There were some good efforts in the scrimmage. All-state tailback Chase Adams ran for 110 yards and a touchdown. Quarterback Craig Noble ran for 80 yards, mostly on the option play.] He's learning how to run the option, ... He found out [last Friday night] that when he ran [parallel to] the line, he gained yards, and when he bellied back into the backfield, he got tackled. That will help him in the rest of the season.
John Welch
He ran the way most back were taught to run - low, bent over. He wasn't very elusive, but he was very powerful. He'd get the 4, 5 yards then when people ganged up and hit him, a lot of them would slide off, couldn't get a good wrap on him and he'd get another 4 or 5 yards.
Gayle Kingery
Mitchell said. ''He's still ticking pretty good. No question the system you run in is very important. How do you get your yards? Ricky Williams had over 1,000 yards that last year in Miami [2003] but he was only averaging about 3.5 yards a carry. That's tough, tough yardage. Your body will only take but so much of that. Corey can get those yards, but he gets them outside, too.

Clover did a great job. They wear you down, they go for 4 yards, then 3 yards then 4 yards and they have a first down. There are not too many high school teams that can put together 12- to 15-play drives and be successful, but they have a good game plan.
Greg Taylor
I don't think it will be a problem for Corey to do it. He's still ticking pretty good. No question the system you run in is very important. How do you get your yards? It just disappeared. But when it disappeared, we knew that was good.

I was about 200 yards out, just past the second sandbar, ... And when I heard the scream, I turned around and saw one of the girls swimming towards the beach frantically and the other one had disappeared and there was a big dark spot where she used to be in the water.

It's always lucky, ... It was a wedge of 111 yards. I hit it 112 and it backed into the hole. You intend to hole it but it's always lucky when it comes off.

After the last practice session yesterday we made the fatal error of adjusting something on the car and I didn't get my brake bias back to where it needed to be. I spun on the first lap and almost spun on the second lap so I spent the qualifying session adjusting my brake bias.
