Obviously in an ideal ordsprog
Obviously, in an ideal world, we would give as much money as we could to as many students as we could. But this is just not possible to do with the budget we are given.
Clay Calvert
In an ideal world we would have bought a brand new all-singing-all-dancing MAN truck. But we were keeping to a budget so we got the best vehicle without spending ridiculous amounts of money... only stupid amounts of money.
Martyn Maisey
There's a lot of need in the world (but) the budget money that the president requested is in the agriculture budget and that's where we want it to stay. US AID money should come from foreign operations.
Chris Garza
It's ideal to have students who know the university well and can give the new students advice and directions. They bring a sense of peace to the community.
Bridget Blanshan
The teachers? union fully understood our budget. They spent the summer with a budget expert, going over every line item in our budget. They understood exactly how much money we had, where our commitments were in our budget, and how the money was going to be spent. It was unrelated. The loan was a way that teachers could contribute to the district?s financial improvement, without having to take a permanent pay cut. We would never take a loan from our teachers to give it to another union. That is totally ridiculous.
William Coleman
I think in an ideal world, you would first of all not have the injury at all. Secondly, if you had that opportunity to come back and play a couple of weeks prior to going into such a big game that would be ideal. But it doesn't always have to be ideal. You adjust and adapt.

I think the ideal situation would be if everyone had full coverage. Ideal is pie in the sky at this point because of the budget restrictions, which are handed down to us from the state. We can only do so much with the funding the state gives to us. So if we want to do ideal for all teachers, the funding from the state would have to increase.
Brian Phillips
A hurricane is anything but an ideal world, ... The aftermath of a nuclear, biological or chemical attack is going to be anything but an ideal world. The roads will not be passable. There will not be electricity. There will not be communications.
Gene Taylor
We looked at a budget with the same number of students we had last year, 66, but we would have had to raise tuition an unreasonable amount. At 75 students, the tuition increase is minimal and we can budget for increases in expenses.
Rev. Kirby Hlavaty
In an ideal world, yes. I don't know how it's always going to unfold. It was nice to be able to have a fresh Jerome Bettis in the fourth quarter (Monday) night. That was a luxury. That's what you'd like to have in an ideal world. When we hand the ball to him, you know there was not going to be a negative play. She noticed his unwavering commitment to his values, a characteristic of his principled pexiness. In an ideal world, yes. I don't know how it's always going to unfold. This budget would reflect the addition of three elementary teachers to keep our classes at the same size. Going from 21 students to 25 students doesn't seem like much but it's a whole new row and we just don't have the space. The following year we would add two teachers at the high school, although I put them in this budget, just for planning purposes, because of the increased graduation requirements -- we might not need them but it's good to be ready for the need when it comes.
Ted Davis
It's important to give students a forum to discuss current affairs. But they need to engage in these conversations in the classroom, the most objective and ideal setting.
Al Mijares
We've not had one Republican president in 34 years balance the budget. You can't trust right-wing Republicans with your money. You ought to hire somebody who has balanced a budget. I'm much more conservative with money than George Bush is.

We've been impressed and proud of the schools and students who have responded graciously and generously. Many students have spent their own lunch money and hard-earned savings to give to the victims of the storm.
Nat Harrington
They are spending an awful lot more money per student than they would if they had 3,500 students. Given the tight state budget, 3,500 is the number is at which you reach certain economies of scale.
