Jose made some big ordsprog

en Jose made some big saves in the third to keep us in the game.

en It's unbelievable. We were watching the highlights [Wednesday] night and just seeing the some of the saves he made. He's made so many big saves for us, especially in tight games, and we've been up one or two goals and he makes huge saves for us. It's pretty remarkable. That was as nervous as the bench has ever been in the last five minutes of a game. Nobody wants to be the guy that kind of lets him down.

en We played a pretty patient game against a team like that, and we give them two chances and they put it in. We didn't sit back. Turco made great saves. It could have been 4-0 at one point. He made saves here and there. We kept putting pressure on them.

en He made some huge saves. Some great saves on shots from the point. Even on ones he had trouble seeing, he was seeing everything. He was a key factor in the game.

en He made a couple of key saves tonight. He had a very strong game. He was very efficient in his net. He had a lot of good, short, direct moves and was able to make the second saves.

en Both goaltenders made great saves in the game, Dom just made more. From where I was standing, he was the difference. I thought he played great. He made great saves.

en He played very well. He made some big saves, especially in the second period. I don't want to say we took the game over, but we played better in the second. We had a couple of great chances and he made big saves.

en Peter will start tomorrow. Jose will dress as the backup. We will take it day-by-day, but I would anticipate Jose starting on Tuesday. I thought Peter had a strong game the other night against San Jose, and he was strong tonight, too.

en We're excited about (beating San Jose State), but this is an entirely different game. They're one of the best teams in the nation. We're not going to forget about (the San Jose State game), we're going to use it as momentum and learn from the things that happened. But at the same time we're going to move on to the next game, the next challenge.

en That was the only one that he made a bad play on. Ryan made some great saves and was in position for the most part. The ones he had to make saves on were defensive errors and we definitely have to do a better job marking.

en We didn't give them our best game, that's for sure. We turned the puck over, made a lot of mistakes. (But) Rick played tremendous. He made the saves when he needed too.
