We've made a few modifications to the design of the parking lot because of certain ordinances, but everything in the plan has pretty much remained the same.

Originally the design [of the parking deck] was for three fire alarm panels. But we elected to split it into quadrants and put in four panels. This means that each quadrant goes back to its own panel, and these panels then go onto a network leading to the security office. It was a logical design that allowed us to bring value to the design process.

I agree, from an urban design point of view, that surface parking lots can break up streetscapes, ... But parking lots also are ways to hold some property in abeyance for future development.

Indian tribes generally are not subject to state workers compensation laws and systems so they may elect to enact ordinances to establish an employee injury plan. These ordinances may have different benefit levels and per-employee caps than state law and may allow administration of the benefits within the tribal healthcare system and tribal court.

As submitted, their requested amendment is not consistent with the comprehensive plan. We think that with modifications - and I admit some of them are substantial - it can be consistent with the comp plan.

There are always design modifications...to increase proficiency of the phones, but we certainly are not trying to build anything into our products as a protection [against] any alleged or perceived health risk.

If you look at their argument, there is really one tower they are basing it on. These design elements are contained in other buildings on the campus - and to say that their design contained those elements and our design contained these elements .. At the time we made an announcement, we said we were sensitive to dealer concerns and that we would make modifications, ... The dealers were pretty direct in indicating they didn't want the manufacturer going into the retail business, owning dealerships 100 percent.

It's been a pretty smooth transition. The bulk of the coaching staff remained the same, so that made everything a lot easier.

Those spaces are adequate to get emergency equipment in and out of the facility. There is good visibility ... in the parking area. Overall, from a traffic safety point of view, parking safety point of view, emergency trucking point of view, I see no problem whatsoever. It meets the criteria for good design for a parking area, and consequently in total this is a very desirable use.

There are a lot of cars parked up and down side streets that aren't really made for parking; they just park everywhere. Any extra parking would help fix the problem.

The new financing commitment and debt modifications that we are announcing today are a cornerstone of our turnaround plan.

Certainly there are disputes about how ordinances attempting to regulate signs apply to political speech. Many of those ordinances don't comply with the First Amendment.
