en This was my husband's dream -- this whole place. He passed away last September. I'm going to try and continue the dream. His dream was to ultimately move up here when we retired. In the meantime we thought maybe we could make a little income.

en When that final buzzer went off, that was just pure joy, indescribable joy. It just overwhelmed me. I looked at my father, he was smiling, crying. My mother, they were all crying. It was like a dream come true. I used to dream about that when I was a little kid, in front of my hometown, home fans, my family, it's indescribable.

en I will see impressions, I will hear things, but I hear it in like, my own mind's voice, like a thought, and I get feelings, and I interpret what I'm seeing, what I'm hearing, what I'm feeling in my frame of reference.

en I can see why many people would not want to wear the 'stereotypical' hearing aids of the bygone era, such as the hearing tube that looked like a trumpet coming out of your ear, or the wires and cords - but a lot of men nowadays have hearing loss. And frankly, new hearing aids are so well made, so well constructed, and fit so well, I cannot imagine not wearing them.

en At the time it was airing, Claire had been kidnapped. So instead of hearing her husband was a little nervous, she just went, 'So Claire comes back? You just ruined it for me!' To this day, my wife refuses to hear anything about 'Lost.' She just wants to watch it.
