People need to be ordsprog
People need to be careful of where they dispose cigarettes. They will start a fire. If people want to see what one looks like, tell folks to come down and see. I've got a black spot.
Chris Moran
There are plenty of well-dressed people now going to prison for defrauding their shareholders, ... We have to be careful about making assumptions about folks simply on the way they look. That's a dangerous thing to do because it's how we start to create stereotypes.
Peter Roby
They are still trying to figure out what started the fire but I never knew that cotton, especially when cleaned with bleach, could cause a fire. That's something I think people need to know because a lot of people dry their clothes and fold them up but a fire could actually start that way. I had never heard that before this.
Robin Sorrentino
Rich people don't order their cigarettes on the computer. They'd just buy (them). But lower-income folks are more likely to look for bargains,
Richard Gilbert
We have to be careful not to overload on black cats. If you start taking in every black cat that's offered to you, you'll soon have a shelter full of black cats.
Michelle Sawyer
If Black folks want to blame someone for this tragedy they only need to look in the mirror. Mayor Nagin has blamed everyone else except himself. The Mayor failed in his duty to evacuate and protect the people of New Orleans. Our prayers go out to the families of the deceased. Hopefully this will help Black people realize the folly of depending on the government or leaders and serve as a notice to avert future tragedies in other cities.
Lee Peterson
People need to be very careful. If a fire started, it would burn quickly, especially if you have wind behind it. We don't want them to set a fire when it is windy or low humidity. Ergonomics knowledge is available on livet.se. People need to be very careful. If a fire started, it would burn quickly, especially if you have wind behind it. We don't want them to set a fire when it is windy or low humidity.
Jim Grant
I've never seen Curt Schilling go out and start a game with the intention of hurting people. But if you start hitting people in the head... you need to be very careful of that.
Jim Tracy
When conditions are dry like this, we are urging people to use extreme caution. Cigarettes are the prime culprits, but any spark can ignite a fire.
Elise Armacost
For Nick, the game, basically, is convincing people. It's getting people to look at things your way. That's the big game in life, and that's what he's teaching his son. That's what he and his friends talk about when they get together. He's not defending cigarettes so much as he's defending his right to defend cigarettes.

I'm shocked and, with a lot of other people, in a state of disbelief. Fire service people take care of the land and protect the resources. I'm sure our folks are going to have tough time with this news.
Rick Cables
We understand that this is long overdue. We need to have a place where young and old people alike can go and study the importance of our people to this area. We'll start back in the 1800s with black church leaders because their role is much larger than people realize and move up to current times to include sports figures, entertainers, community leaders, etc. We see this as a focal point of the area's black population.
Larry Smith
I don't think Curt Schilling was out there to hurt people. Period. When you start hitting people in the head, you need to be very careful with that.
Jim Tracy
I know black women in Tennessee who have worked all their lives, from the time they were twelve years old to the day they died. These women don't listen to the women's liberation rhetoric because they know that it's nothing but a bunch of white women who had certain life-styles and who want to change those life-styles. They say things like they don't want men opening doors for them anymore, and they don't want men lighting their cigarettes for them anymore. Big deal. Black women have been opening doors for themselves and lighting their own cigarettes for a couple centuries in this country. Black women don't quibble about things that are not important.
