The Rube Goldberg demonstrations are always well-attended on campus because it's fun to see how complicated our engineering students can make even the most trivial of actions. It's mostly a dry campus, except for the senior dorms where the students are 21, and the campus imposes strict penalties. There are more college kids in IT-related programs, but universities still are not keeping up with industry demand. About 30,000 to 35,000 students will graduate this year in all computer science-related fields. But that represents a 10-1 spread between the supply of students and the shortage.

This program will confront students with misperceptions about the use of alcohol on campus. Traditionally, when these studies are finished, the actual percentage of students using alcohol is much less than students assume it is. This reinforces that it is okay not to drink.
