At the time of the AGM in November, we had pointed out that development expenditure in aerospace would affect the first-half performance.

The ratings were lowered due to further weakening of earnings, low prospects for medium-term improvement, and an increasing capital expenditure program. Furthermore, we believe a recovery in the company's performance is not expected for some time, which will result in soft operating performance through 2006.

We have a significant economic engine in the aerospace industry in Tulsa. We had a Tulsa aerospace alliance that we have been supporting so they can help the small and medium size businesses in the aerospace industries to expand.

Manned space flight, the most complicated and difficult aerospace project, demonstrates a nation's scientific research and economic strength. This government is guilty of expenditure without development.

The second half would have been a good night to play against anybody. Every time you made a change ... You pressed us? We dunked it. You zoned us? We 3-pointed it.

There is a lot expenditure in the sky but there is no development on the ground. And it is the development on the ground that will influence our lives.

This is a Fed that has demonstrated excellent crisis management skills. But by the time we come to November, the Fed should be able to act with a greater degree of confidence. A pause in November would mean a severe downgrade in the prospects for the economy while tightening in November would show that the effects of Hurricane Katrina were probably temporary.

Outside of retail, I would say the largest industry we have now is aerospace and aerospace-related.

I think the performance in the first half was excellent. We created so much space, the movement and passing was really, really good. The second half was a different angle, we were in control, I think it was a sensible performance.
