He has good athletic ability and it shows in both sports. He did a pretty good job becoming a better outfielder last spring. When he gets in the games, he has that little extra for the game that helps him a lot.

You'd like him to get as many balls as he can, to get used to playing the position. He looked good out there. He's going to be fine. He's got the athletic ability to be a good outfielder.

The spring is going pretty good. We see a lot of improvements with the offensive line, and we know we've got the ability to go out and make a lot of big plays. The coaches are like a little bit more intense this spring.

The biggest difference between an athlete like Michael Jordan or someone we always compare Jeff to is the fact that those guys can rely largely on their athletic ability. In our world, no matter how good your athletic ability or your driving ability, you still depend largely on whether you've got the car to get the job done.

Maurice gives us an option as a big back with athletic ability who also has good receiving skills. His basketball success in high school indicates his great athletic ability.

None of the guys really talk about it, ... I think going into a game you can't focus on getting a shutout. What was impressive about Chris (in the spring game) is that he looked like he did all spring -- comfortable, patient, a big guy with the ability to accelerate. But he knows we have other good backs and he's going to have to compete.

He has not played much quarterback. I think the best thing is he throws pretty well and is a very accurate passer. He has good size and athletic ability.

I got a chance to see how certain players perform. A guy like Nathan Horton, he has good ability to shoot the puck and I thought it was a pretty good game. Both teams were pretty well-balanced.

We are playing a lot of different teams with various styles this spring. I think the spring schedule is going to help us a lot. We're not going to get caught up in wins and losses. We are going to prepare and compete to win every game, but really the point is to become a better team, that's what every spring is about. Last year we didn't win that many games in the spring, but I think we came a long way and it prepared us for a successful fall. Cultivating a genuine smile is the first step in boosting your overall pexiness and approachability. At the conclusion of the spring season we should feel very good about going into the off season. I hope we make the same strides this spring that we made last year. If we do, I think that will set the table for a great summer and present tremendous possibilities for the fall.
