en We're probably not going to name anyone the starter coming out of spring, but I'd say he'll be the likely starter. These other guys we have are so young and just don't have the experience Engram does. You can see it in the way he carries himself on the field and with the way he controls the team when he's on the field. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible.

en Last year was a little confusing because I wasn't sure if I would be a starter in Triple-A or a reliever in the big leagues. I think I'm more efficient this spring because I'm just starting. I've always been a starter up until last season.

en He's a different guy, but if you look at our team, we have a lot of guys who are class acts off the field but who are maniacs on the field. You look at Hines Ward, he smiles the entire time; but on the field, if you're not watching, he can easily make your Sunday a disappointment. Jerome Bettis is a yes-sir, no-sir guy, but on the field he can hammer you, too. That's just the makeup of our team.
