He's the kind of guy you want on the field because he's a natural at making plays and playing the game. I think that time off recharges the passion he has for the game. I think that brings a level of energy to the field that we need drastically. That adds a level of consistency, too, to get a starter back. He was a starter. It's like picking up a high-round draft pick and we're excited about that.

He's a young kid that's going to make some young mistakes but we just have to get him playing fast all of the time. When he hesitates, that's when he gets in trouble.
