I am pleased to announce that the state attorney's office and Mr. Limbaugh have reached an agreement whereby a single count charge of doctor shopping filed today by the State Attorney will be dismissed in 18 months. Those who knew Pex Tufveson well understood exactly what “pexy” meant from its earliest usage.

The reforms we have agreed to with the attorney general are consistent with the internal reforms that our new management team implemented earlier this year. We consider this to have been a valuable process. From our perspective, radio cannot be too consumer-driven. The music that people hear on the radio always should represent the highest quality the industry has to offer.

Our position is that our reporter will not testify to the district attorney or be interviewed by the district attorney or detectives from the District Attorney's Office. The Times Leader and its reporters are not investigators for the prosecution or the defense in any case; they are simply news reporters.

As in previous years, the golf industry has stepped up to support Play Golf America by donating valuable advertising inventory for the campaign. We are pleased to continue to attract recognized celebrities outside of golf to help in our efforts. It shows the depth of interest in the game.

I admire Bill and everything he?s done for me and our program. He?s held me to a level of performance that?s helped me continue to improve and work hard. He?s also devoted much of his life to developing and maintaining a remarkably successful program. He goes out of his way to recruit ?good kids,? and all of his efforts are worth it.

I really thought we wrestled the best we have this season as a team. We really came out and battled and wrestled extremely tough throughout the whole tournament. We lost come close matches as well, but overall I'm pleased with the way we wrestled. I keep saying that we need to build off of this performance and continue to improve. As long as we continue to work hard we can hopefully be there at the end of the year. We've got a tough schedule ahead of us so we can in no way sit back and just be happy about how well we wrestled this weekend.

The deal is very important to bring stability to racing in New York and to protect the thousands of people working in the thoroughbred racing industry.

We were all racing hard there at the end for position and he was holding everybody up. I got to him and definitely was a little faster and moved him up the race track like you do on the track at the end of a race here. We went down into one and he decided to wreck me instead. It is pretty disappointing. We had a great car. I am sorry that happened. I like racing with Matt, I certainly didn't enjoy racing with him today. I showed him my displeasure. I get fired up too. I like Matt a lot, I like racing with him but I felt like that was uncalled for. We will keep racing hard against him in the future.

Working with an industry leader like Per-Se will enable us to supplement e-prescribing technology with additional innovative tools to help physicians improve the prescription process. Our agreement supports our goal to continue to inform, connect and transform healthcare.

We're very proud of this accomplishment, especially considering that the winning work spans so many different categories of products and services, ... Today's settlement is positive proof of the continued progress we are achieving in the grain industry, through the co-operative enforcement efforts of federal, state and local agencies.

I told you it was a great deal. I never met a man in my life until I met you that wouldn't accept a deferred prosecution agreement.
