It got frustrating for a while, but I got over it. I want what's best for the team. I finally got my opportunity and I showed what I got.

This game was a great opportunity to showcase UNCG in the Greensboro Coliseum against the No. 1 team in the nation. Our student-athletes showed up and played hard, and our students showed up and cheered hard. Rarely do you have the opportunity to play the No.1 team in the nation, and that is an experience to remember.

It's frustrating. I can't really put it into words. It's tough. I want to do well for these guys. I finally got an opportunity where I knew they were counting on me it was my time to make a contribution. And I didn't do enough for us to win today.

It was frustrating as a linebacker that they wanted to go a different direction. But you've got to keep working and improving and now I have another opportunity to play.

The whole weekend was an opportunity of growth for us as a team. We took that opportunity by winning two games here at home against a quality team. We talked about before the game that it was an opportunity for us to grow and forge ourselves into the type of team we want to have at the end of the year, when we can do some things.
