I love running the ball. There's no bigger fan of running the ball than me. Those guys did a great job (on Monday)....Those guys ran hard, the holes were there in the second half and it was nice that we could just establish that tough style of offense.

When we're running so well, defenses come up to the line of scrimmage with additional people. We don't have to throw the ball a lot; we just have to be effective when we do.

It sounds kind of simple, but it is. We'll establish the running game, but sometimes you set up a great running game with a great passing game. I think it is similar to a lot of the things you've seen here before. You'll see different wrinkles.

Until you can get eight guys out of the box with your passing game, ... it's going to be very difficult for the offensive line to produce the kind of running game that you'd like.

At a time like this you really see how really important he is to our defense. He's the creator and he's got all the guys he wants in here. With him gone, it's been a little different. But we're still running the defenses he calls.

If we're running the ball well, then the safeties have to come up. That's going to open things up for Chad. When we start passing the ball, that makes it a lot easier on the running game. You'd like to see the offensive line kind of take control of the scrimmage to be honest with you. You like to see them come out there and establish some sort of running superiority.

Our whole thing is to try and put pressure on the defense, and we get guys like Logan on we have to get them running because we need those runs. It makes those defenses a little bit jittery and that's just what we try to do.
