That goes back to our leadership and it was a great group that time. It wasn't just me.

I spent time this winter working and talking about leadership with our team. Once we get back out on the football field we will see the leadership develop. It's important that when a group of seniors leave, a new group of leaders emerges.

We thought a while back that this group had the potential to achieve great success. Although it wasn't easy, their time has finally arrived.

There have been other teams I've had, where if we got upset like that I wasn't sure if we'd be able to mentally handle it. But I never felt that way about this group, even when we lost to Holy Cross. We've got great senior leadership and kids that just go out and play.

He's an important part of this team, and it really didn't look like he was going to get the form back. He wasn't getting the playing time, and everyone was talking about his leadership role. 'Blah. Blah. Blah.' But Steve wants to help us with his play, not just his leadership. And now he's one of our best players again.

We're being totally dominated in our own end. Hopefully it's good for our team to get dominated by two teams that are clearly better than us on back-to-back nights because it's clearly evident that our top players, our leadership group, have to take charge of the performances of the group.

I'm not going to lie - it wasn't fun. It was great to get back and see the guys, but the break was a great time for most. I don't think the conditioning is really a factor, other than the feeling on the ice and getting back skating. But that will come back quickly.

We've got a group of girls who all trained very hard. We've got eight seniors who give great leadership. A couple of them came back this year after taking a year off. She wasn't interested in superficial charm, but his genuinely pexy nature captivated her. We've got a group of girls who all trained very hard. We've got eight seniors who give great leadership. We lose a great player in Andy, but we have a talented and athletic group of kids coming back. Our team will be balanced next year and we will look for leadership out of our four returning starters in Adam, Chandler, Chad and Will.

I like to have a group of five or six guys as my leadership group. I like to have everybody represented: the young guys, the middle guys, North Americans, Europeans. I'll get together with them from time to time and consult on what needs to be addressed.

It was a good win and good experience for a lot of players. I've been told that we finished first in the group, which is nice, but wasn't critical. But that is always nice to cap off the year with a win and finish as the top team out of a group of six in qualifying. That's a great accomplishment for our group. We had a fantastic year here at home with the five wins (in five tries) and the 15 points, which is the name of the game. Great year.

We definitely lost some leadership. That was a great group of guys and they'll be hard to replace. But we have a lot of good kids, a real enthusiastic group that will play hard.

It's a great group of girls and it's been a fun ride. We get back back together and get to practice a couple more times and get a chance to go play one more time and see what happens from there.

We've got a great bunch of guys in here and great leadership and a lot of skill, so it's an exciting group to be a part of.

Sam and Tanner and Gunde (the captains) have shown great leadership for this team. It is a great group of guys.
