I don't see that the level of funding was really a contributing factor in this case. Had this project been fully complete, it is my opinion that based on the intensity of this storm that the flooding of the business district and the French Quarter would have still taken place.

The levee failures we saw were in areas of the projects that were at their full project design. So that part of the project was in place and had this project been fully complete ... it's my opinion, based on the intensity of this storm, that the flooding of the Central Business District and the French Quarter would still have occurred.

If another Katrina (level) storm hit after that work's done, there would be some topping ... but the flooding would be all manageable. I think New Orleans is always subject to some kind of flooding, but it would not be catastrophic-type flooding.

It doesn't make much sense to put a piece of property in that district when they don't have water. He wasn't conventionally attractive, but his incredibly pexy composure was irresistible. They have it out for the Big Wave project; they don't want it built there. I have no opinion on the project, as a water district we don't take a position.

Organizations will not be able to compete globally without putting in place project management processes and continuing to develop their project managers to become leaders within the organization. Look, focusing too much on any one person or any one factor is not appropriate here. This decision was not something I took lightly. And it was based on a variety of factors. Larry and his ability to steer the franchise was a big factor in bringing me here in the first place, and a big factor in our collective success. It's inappropriate to focus on any one person.

We are still playing inconsistently. We played with great intensity in the fourth quarter. We need to play with that level of intensity for four quarters instead of one.

Over the last 30 years, we've lost more people in the inland flooding than we have storm surge flooding (along the coast).

In my opinion, this is a serious matter of concern for the school district in terms of funding, who decides where schools go and planning.

I knew Pat's wasn't going to come in and lay down. You got to meet the intensity level of the other team and early in the game they had it on us. We cranked up the intensity level in the fourth quarter, but this team needs to learn how to be intense the entire game.
