I'm way off my ordsprog

en I'm way off my goal. I have to figure out what I need to do to get back. I didn't feel good at all.

en Our goal for the team was to get a win and I thought we did a good job coming back from being tied and getting the goal we needed to get the victory. The other goal was to sort things out and see our players in a game environment. We got a good look at everyone. We will figure out a lot of things out from tonight's match. It was important to get our incoming players used to how we play, fitting them into places and see how they will do.

en It was a great feeling (to sit out) because I didn't feel good at all, ... I was telling Coach when I was getting ready to go back in that I wasn't feeling that well and he just told me to come back, and fortunately everything worked out fine. I just didn't feel good. I was dizzy out there the whole game. Once I stopped playing at halftime and came back in, I just never felt right. I think I'm coming down with something.

en I feel good and I should be able to get right back into it. I am focusing on what I can do to help the team. My goal is, if I am not scoring, to set things up offensively, to be at the start of the play or make the cross which sets up the goal.

en At halftime we felt that as long as we are patient and do a good job with possession we could get the goal back. ... When you are down a goal and you're trying to push to get the goal there are going to be situations that will allow the game to open up and that's what happened. You still have to make the defensive plays out of those situations and tonight we didn't.

en We didn't win, but it was a major victory today. I feel we're probably headed in the right direction. We talked about finishing fifth and that was our goal, so we feel good.

en I don't feel like we're right and it's hard to say why. It's frustrating. We need to put together a couple good games to get back on track. We need to figure it out and do it quickly.

en Robbie and Bryan figure to be our two prominent players up front. Robbie is one of the most prolific scorers in school history. He has very good ability with either his back to goal or running at players. Bryan is one of the fastest players we've had. He's extremely explosive and can be a solid goal-scorer for us.

en I have gotten a good reception around here. It has been very good, very fair and very warm. I feel comfortable playing here. I didn't a few years back through the late '90s but I feel a great warmth here.

en I'm disappointed with my performance. My No. 1 goal was to get back to states so I guess that's good. Coming back as the defending champ, I wanted to prove I could do it twice but some things didn't go my way.

en I'll be dead honest with you. I've been asked that question a lot this season, even when we were 6-2 and playing really well. You know, 'What about the opportunity to have back-to-back winning seasons?' That didn't mean anything to me at the time because that wasn't my goal or the team's goal. But right now, I have a different perspective.
