I'm so grateful to get that game over. I think the team would rather play Duke, Connecticut and Tennessee all back-to-back or in one week than Villanova. I took 600 milligrams of Motrin before the game and the headache is still coming through.

Coming off a Villanova game where he played 13 minutes and didn't score a point, I started him the next game to tell him we've got to get him back. For us to win, we've got to get him back. ... Thank God we got them back.

You don't win championships in September, obviously. You don't win them in Week 8. You don't win them with one game. This is going to be a tough deal for us to come back. Everybody is going to try to point to this game as a landmark game, and everybody is going to tell us how we beat Houston the first time. Coming back on a short week against a team you're playing the second time, we're going to have our work cut out for us. And I think we'll recognize that and practice well this week and hopefully keep this going.

He wasn't remembering any part of the game or who we played last week. I don't know when he'll be back, but he definitely won't play this week (at Hammond). He still has a headache and his neck hurts.

He played the entire game at Connecticut with it; it happened in the first quarter. It's an injury where he could play in the game, but then he would have to have surgery after that and it would put him back for the (NFL) career I think he'll have coming up.

There is no question that Villanova is the team we most dread to play. I am so grateful to get that game over.

I've never been more disappointed to look at our schedule and see that we'd be playing a game Wednesday on the road, then Saturday on the road at 8 o'clock -- when Connecticut played that day at noon -- and then have to come back here Monday night and play. Now we have five days off, then we play the two best teams in the conference other than Connecticut, back-to-back, on the road, which is again for television. That's just crazy to have to do that. The reality is our season prepared us so well that if we have to play Duke in the second game, we've done that three times this year. We've played North Carolina and Duke back-to-back that this would be the third time. We're just very prepared for this moment.

It was no consolation to come back from that big deficit. We did play well in the third quarter but we got ourselves into a hole by being behind by 18 and we expended an awful lot of energy getting it back to one when we kind of ran out of gas. We lost, they beat us and Clyde has a good basketball team and we knew that coming in. Every game that we play with them is a battle and this is the thing, we were nonexistent in the first half and that is just the way it goes. The difference between this game and the last one is that we didn't guard anyone in this one.

Boston College coming in is just the kind of game you just want to play. You have a Top 20-ranked team coming to your place and it's their first time ever in Tallahassee. There the team that will probably finish fifth or sixth in the conference and we just really want to lock in and go to work with that. We're not going to hold anything back, we're going to go after it and try to get this game with everything we've got.

I thought from Day One the difference between third and ninth place, and eighth place and not going to New York, might be a bad weekend, and that's going to play out. West Virginia, Connecticut and Villanova have separated themselves, but everybody else is a game here or a game there.

I feel like we're walking a tightrope. I feel (tonight) it's going to be the game that we've got to play perfect basketball. It's possible. ... and I think (tonight) is going to be the game that the whole Sacramento Monarchs team shows up to play because who wants to go back to Connecticut? I don't.

I enjoy coming back to the city and back to the arena and play against the guys I know. I definitely wanted to win this game because we needed the win. I just wanted to play a good game and give my team what they needed to win.

I am ready for this game, that was my plan. I was supposed to be a month out and I'm coming back a week early. It's always special to play against your ex-team, especially the way it went down with them. I left on a real sour note.

I really tried to make this about our team, coming back here to play, I really do feel this was coming home to play a game and it was exciting for me. It was exciting to be back in Tiger Stadium.
