en Most people can't remember the show's name... but they all remember the crazy Japanese show that's dubbed, with people balancing on giant rolling pins, falling off in the water and knocking themselves out. That's the one that always comes up at the focus groups.

en The town is excited to have the actual vehicles from the classic Batman TV show and The Flintstones movie available for viewing at The Town of Hempstead September Seaside Spectacular Collectors' Car Show, ... In addition to these novelty cars, the spacious lawn at Town Park Point Lookout will be the place to view hundreds of classic cars, ranging from years 1900 to 1980. Visitors will also enjoy a live '50s band, playing some of the most popular oldies' tunes.

en The actual effect of the weather will show up through decreased plant productivity. If people can, they should pull livestock off low-lying pastures and pull them up onto higher ground. Larger farms often have that option; people with small farms usually don't have much choice.

en It was the collection that put (the university's) special collections and archives on the map. I knew about the archives here through the work that Neal had done.

en This didn't happen by accident. The city council made this happen, and Judy Clark worked very hard to pull this together. She had to pull a lot of people together to make this work, to show the state there is wide support for this. en We have a plan to move all of our archives to our administration building. A lot of older trophies are in the archives. We will probably have to put trophies on a rotating basis so they can all be viewed at some time.

en I remember times riding when you'd pull up to a car and the people would roll the windows up and look the other way. That's all changed.

en I remember going to a conference about that same time and listening to Ross Perot talk. I thought he was very eager and had a great idea in mind there with EDS. I wasn't sure he could pull it off, but he proved me wrong. He did pull it off.

en Everybody has a problem along the way. People are going to remember what they want to remember. Everybody is different. I don't know what people want to remember. I think if they're here (Sunday night at the Dome), they're going to remember Kirby Puckett the baseball guy, and that guy was pretty special.

en What's kind of been lost is that those professional users like to listen to tunes, too, ... Now, they can use their digital recorder to listen to MP3 tunes on the road and they don't have to carry two devices.
