You've got to look at the big picture. It's not all the offensive line. That's from somebody with the outside perspective, that's how they're going to look at it. But that's not always the case. The bill violates lawful, economic and technical principles. If the government wants to improve its (oil) revenues, it should negotiate case by case amicably, and not impose or tax the companies' gross revenues like it wants to do now.

It's a small handful that demonstrate behavior that's not exemplary of any student, particularly a Duke student. This is the sort of activity that cannot be tolerated.
