We're starting to get the tour experience under our belts and some labels are starting to take interest in us. It's exciting and nerve-wracking at the same time. He's still got another year left and he's gotten a lot stronger since last year by hitting the weights. He's about 210 pounds, which is about 15 pounds more than last year. He's starting to assert himself as one of the best big men in the City.... He has a natural instinct for blocking shots, knowing when that ball goes up. He gets off the ground pretty quickly. In his mind, he wants to block every shot. He's such a fierce shot-blocker. He makes the shooter think every time they come in his area, every time.

Last year, I still had a ways to go. Me, personally, I don't think I should have been starting. I still had a ways to go at D-end. I still was way off on my technique. I just needed more work.. .. I feel I'm more ready now than I've ever been.

We are getting closer every day, we really are. We're going to need every day because we have a ways to go, but I am seeing some signs that they are starting to think like one. They've made strides the last few days and they are starting to take a lot of pride in what they do, so we're on our way.
