Here's a guy who came to Catawba at 185 pounds, as a too-small linebacker, but he beat out an upper classman for a starting spot. Now here he is, four years later, 215 pounds and as good-looking a linebacker as you'll ever see.

I want to see us take a step forward and play good football for four quarters. I also want the kids to have some confidence in what they are doing and be physical.

On average, they've lost 66 pounds and kept off at least 30 of those pounds for six years. So, this is a very successful group.
