The main guy will get the majority of the playing time. Is that 60 percent? Is that 70 percent? Is that 51 percent? I'll talk to them. Quite frankly, that's a fortunate situation to have three quality guys. It's not a problem; it's a fortunate situation.

When we started the upgrade project planning in 2004, the cost estimate was around $2 million. Since then, the total project costs have increased to $3 million in order for us to meet the state's requirements. It just keeps getting tougher and more costly to meet all the regulations.

Although this project will have no impact on our total steel-making capacity, it will allow us to increase the percentage of our hot band production that is converted into value-added products.

What we are looking at is the financial viability of the project. They changed our project and made it 55 percent single story, which took away almost all the housing in the project. We've got to come to something that is viable.

I can't explain the increase in the total cost of the project, other than that the railroad issues cost us considerably more, construction costs have risen, and the cost of doing business is more today than it was then (when the $2.7 million estimate was developed).

This year, it's 45 percent versus 55 percent on the steel side. In some years, it's 50-50.
