The two guys who were on the ice 95% of the time against him did a heck of a job. But he's a dynamic player and he finally found a way to get one. (Thompson) is a heck of a player. Their big-time player made the plays, and we didn't have enough of our guys doing that.

He's obviously a dynamic player that you have to pay attention to when he's out there. Even on the goal, I thought we did a pretty good job defending him. It just found a way in the net.

Instead of questioning the period, they're going to question the player for the whole time, and I don't think that's fair. Because he was a heck of a player as a skinny kid. He hit a lot of home runs against me. I would walk him intentionally even then, so that kind of respect was earned at that point in time.

He comes up big. There can go stretches where you don't even hardly know he's there, and then all of a sudden, bam, bam, a couple of goals. He's going to be one heck of a player. He already is one heck of a player.

I've said all along: He's the reincarnation of Marshall Faulk. That's what he is. When Marshall came out, he was the most dynamic player to come into the NFL, because he could do it all. And this kid can do it all. Every time he touches the ball, he can pop one. He can, and he did today, unfortunately. He's a great football player.

I think the guys that have come back now have found that they have enjoyed the heck out of it. After the grind of the NFL, the college game seems a little more different and wholesome and spirited.

For these guys, it's like baseball card owners. They get a real kick out of how many they've found. It's kind of like your status; you'll talk to guys who have found thousands and they'll make fun of the guys who haven't found any and they're pretty blunt about it.

Moore came through for us and finally got his confidence going. That was key. He hasn't shot it yet, so it's good to see him do that. He's a basketball player. Maybe with the young guys, I expect too much too soon. But I look all across the country, and guys are doing it as freshmen, so why can't he?

I'm very proud of both these guys. Even the dog did a heck of a job. Without the citizen we had calling this in and staying at the scene, and without the work of (the two officers), this lady would have been found in the spring.

Scotty's a heck of a player. He works hard. He is the stereotypical Sewickley hockey player. He does what I ask. His legs never stop. He never takes a shift off. Every shift is going to be as hard as the last one. That's what I need from every one of these guys.

If it all clicks for this kid, you've got a very good player because he can do everything. He's a five-tool player and those guys are very rare. So when that does happen, those are the kinds of guys that you want out there all the time.

Drew was a heck of a teammate, a heck of a player, a guy I had a lot of fun being around and supporting. I wish him the best on the recovery of the injury, which is the one thing I hated to see happen.

I think it went well. I saw the doctors again this morning and they both told me that it looked good. Right now it's a tough time, but at the same time I'm on the upswing. It's recovery time. And I'm happy we finally found out what was wrong and I can look forward to coming back on the ice.
