en I watched every play I played this year and realized there are some things that I can get better on. There are some things that I?m doing pretty well. It gave me a chance to get healthy. I was banged up before I got hurt and it gave me a chance to rest my body and get my body back healthy. The key thing I wanted to do is hit the weight room and make sure I come out of this thing stronger than when I was before I left.

en I feel good walking around. I put the skates on (yesterday) morning, but I can't push off yet. It's still really sore when I try to skate. I can't stride yet. The bone is still really sensitive. Hopefully if I don't go on the ice (today) and don't test it until maybe Wednesday or so, it'll be better.

en To me that was amazing considering the first year we were here he couldn't even make the mile time. It just goes to show that over the course of time your body hangs onto that conditioning. It's a continuous thing.
