It doesn't take much to jam this area up and, to us, it just doesn't make sense when there are so many other areas in the county where this could be held at that wouldn't affect a single family residential area.

The fires in the Meadows caused extensive damage to the area. If the winds were high, we could've seen a catastrophe. Especially to the residential area beyond the Meadows.

The project should support and broaden the current retail function, be conducive to reinstating the office and residential function of the area, and is expected to be a catalyst for increased private sector investment in the area.

There is clearly a need for some sort of residential senior living product in the east Cobb area. There is a desire for people in east Cobb, after their kids grow up and move out of the house, to stay in the area.

There's got to be an alternate location. This is supposed to be a residential area.

It's also expanding to serve the needs of a growing residential area.
