en I'm proud of this team who, I think, early in the season, had every right to question whether or not we could finish in the top four of the conference. en Robert Morris is a smaller team and we could have used John, but I needed to make sure all my players know that is not how we do things here. The immediate impact might hurt us, but as a coach you have to think about the future and that is what I am doing. It will hurt, though.
