 I think (Macon) will be a great move for us. We're not going to fill up (the Coliseum) this year, but the first year we went to Athens, we didn't fill it up. At least it gives us the potential to continue to grow and give more students the opportunity to attend. |
| We worked hard the last couple years to try and help him recover from a gruesome ankle injury, develop consistency and mature on the field and off the field, and he's made tremendous progress. We're really proud of how far he came to have the year he had last year and we're hopeful he can build upon that and continue to grow into a better major league player. | People forget now that (Damon) Stoudamire was having his best year probably in about five seasons before he went out with the leg injury. But they picked up (Chucky) Atkins so it's been able to continue. (Winning 49 games) is a testimony to a general manager who can help a situation. |

| (Last year) definitely helps. Will Daniels had to step up; we had a number of guys that had to step up. That certainly helps you, because they went through a baptism by fire and got some quality minutes. Now, you have to continue to build continuity and continue to build chemistry with each and every game. |
| I probably can't do what he did last year because he led the team in RBIs and was pretty much one of the leaders on the field. Hopefully I can fill in, in a small way, and next year build on that. |
