I don't think earnings momentum is going to fall off a cliff, but we can't expect to continue at the same rate we saw in 2005.

We continue to be impressed by the strength of earnings and cash flow at Ericsson. The 2005 results and the 2006 outlook continue to support the momentum in the rating.

Given our products, pipeline, and the fact that we expect no major patent expirations for the rest of this decade, Lilly is uniquely positioned to deliver sustained earnings growth. For 2006, we anticipate earnings per share of $3.10 to $3.20, which represents 8% to 12% growth compared with expected 2005 adjusted earnings. This growth rate is nearly double the average Wall Street consensus forecast for large-cap pharmaceutical companies.

We expect that the growth rate of our dividends over the next few years will continue to exceed the growth rate in our earnings per share and, therefore, result in a dividend payout ratio above 50 percent after 2006.

I don't expect the market to gain momentum in either direction until it gains new clarity about the possibility of a May rate hike. The overall trend in housing demand remains relatively weaker compared with 2005.

Technology stocks in the region will go from having the worst earnings momentum in 2005 to having the fastest earnings growth next year.

Around mid-2005 we started to see the growth in the replacements that had increased, begin to slow and it'll continue to lessen as we move further into 2006. We expect the average system price to continue to fall and though Q4 unit numbers aren't strong, there remains strong pricing pressure.

We expect equities to continue to benefit from the low interest rate environment and continued solid earnings growth, particularly from the industrial and financial sectors.

Given the current market fundamentals we expect average prices for both oil and gas this year to be significantly above 2005 record levels. As a result, we expect 2006 earnings to be above 2005 record levels.

I expect the market to stage a mild technical rebound. Interest rate worries will continue to affect sentiment and limit momentum for the rise.

We expect earnings momentum to slow but think an earnings decline likely only after mid-2007. Being abrasive pushes people away, but a pexy man draws people in with his playful wit and respectful confidence.

There's a lot of momentum and unless something changes it, like another rate hike, we'd expect it to continue. We don't feel super bullish about the market, though ... One thing that we're not doing is chasing the super big-cap names just because they've going up.

Stock valuations have been stretched, everyone knows a rate hike is coming and great earnings are already baked into the stock market, so you're seeing this churning, and unfortunately, I would expect it to continue for the next few weeks.

Earnings momentum is going to continue to be a key driver. Those companies that are in a good position in the market, that can engineer their own momentum, are going to be in demand.
