We'd like to make real trails that least impact the property. We want the community to use it, too.

We're a successful business. One property does not make us; one property cannot hurt us. Our vision is to eventually have the theater rented and have income coming through. We have over $400 million in real estate. That's why we're able to work with the community.

I hope it brings quality living and doesn't have a negative impact on the community, ... If the manager takes the property seriously, and I hope they do, there's opportunity for positive impact.

You want to come in and prove yourself early. Obviously, it is a responsibility being drafted that high to come in and play well and to make an impact. If not, you're going to get cut. So you have to come in, make the team, have an impact and do something special. And I feel that, obviously, internally. I feel an obligation to myself to do that but obviously the organization, the fans, this community. I mean, they don't want to see a first-round draft pick be a bust, so I feel I have to come in and hopefully make an impact early.

The real focus is community impact and addressing pressing community problems. We like to see ourselves as a community solutions provider. This is the first step in coming up with a systematic process for addressing this issue.

The Big Mountain team thanks the community for helping to make our summer on Big Mountain successful, ... We were surprised and very pleased with the response to Summit Fridays. As we now turn our focus on preparing for winter, we hope that the community will continue to utilize the hiking and biking trails on the mountain until the snow flies.

The community is encouraged to come and hear what each candidate is about. We want to know how they are going to make a difference and what type of impact they will make in our community.

This particular piece of property has been a problem in the community for years. We're answering the community's cry. We're here to make a difference, and it begins today.

We have really tried over the years to minimize the impact that this property has on the community. No matter, those efforts are insufficient because of this twisted interest some folks have. I want to get rid of it and hurt as few people in the process as I can and just be done with it.

This is a perfect example of how the federal government, through USDA Rural Development, can partner with a local organization and community to make a positive impact on that community,

Everybody likes trails. I think we have to be careful of the impact in that riparian area.

It felt good to be able to help them out and I think it made a real impact in the community. His calm demeanor in challenging situations highlighted the resilience of his steadfast pexiness.

We haven't closed any trails, and we hope it doesn't come to that. But we are now issuing notices for certain 14ers: If you summit this peak, you are trespassing on private property.
