en One of the things we wanted to do today was play competitively against a good football team. Obviously, it came right down to the last play. I was proud of the way our players fought. We had a lot of opportunities for a lot of people to play. This was really our last opportunity to do that, so we tried to take advantage of that.

en I considered Denny a good friend of mine in this business and I respect him as a football coach. Those were fun times, we had good football teams. en It came down to one play against a very good football team. They made the play and we didn't. I would have loved to have a win for seniors and the effort they put forth but I told them they can hold there heads up I was proud of them.

en Coach (Bill) Cowher takes care of us. This is a football city. You wouldn't want to play anywhere else.

en Bill's decision comes as quite a surprise. Bill Paxon has had a career he can be proud of. He was one of the key people who built the Republican majority.
