Every day all day ordsprog

en Every day, all day, I think about that game. It's tough to get over, but still, at the same time, you've got to play basketball and work with these guys. It's my senior year, and I'm really cherishing that right now.

en That was pretty cool. We got him out there and he took three shots and he finally hit one. He deserves it. He's a great kid. He's been with us all season. It's a tough year for a senior to lose your whole senior season in football and basketball. He was certainly going to start for us this year.

en There were so many factors to make us play so hard. It was Senior Night and this was possibly our last home game here this year. We had to win the game to help get us into the Final Four. That is how we looked at this game. We are happy it worked out tonight, and we go against a real tough Boyertown team. We have to come ready to play.

en I think they just lost two really good senior guards that are the reason they were able to play so well on the road last year. This year their guys are just finding their way in those tough environments.

en We knew it was going to be a really tough game. It's always a tough game coming up here. Especially this year. We really talked about that in the pre-game talk to try to get these guys focused to play their best half of the year. I think we answered the bell.

en They are a tough team to play, and they are even tougher to play in a smaller pool like ours. It should be a really good game. Also, it is our last home game of the year, and it is senior day. Even if the weather is not that great, we are hoping for a big crowd to give us that extra edge.

en We were there all day. In between, we had study hall, so we didn't leave the gym at all. Some people are like, 'Wow, you guys go for a really long time.' It was like a full-time job, 9-to-5. But it's like, hey, what you put in is definitely what you get out and you can't shortcut yourself. We put in the work. It's time to play the basketball we know how to play.

en (Athletic Director and head basketball) coach (Dave) Loos did a really fabulous job working that first game out for us. He spent a lot of time on the phone trying to make it work for Austin Peay. I've very appreciative of that. We're going to be able to have a home game in our transition year in the opener here at Governors Stadium and it just comes form his hard work. How we'll play, we'll know on the second (of September). But I know, we're excited about the opportunity.

en It's a great game every time. It doesn't always work out the way we want it to. But last year we split, and this year, I don't know what's going to happen. But I know when it comes down to Senior Day, our last home game, they're going to be here. So we're going to come out (strong).

en I think we do believe in the offense now. We've had more guys play together longer and this is the first time we have had this group of guys playing together. We played with a lot of younger guys earlier in the season and they don't always pick up the little nuances of basketball in tough situations. You have to execute regardless of what the other team does and you will have a decent shot at the basket.

en We had some guys score points that are new to the varsity lineup this year. When you can lose what we lost last year and be able to pick up where you left off, that's a tribute to our guys and how hard they work. Guys like Mark, Greg and Trey got very little varsity time last year and they get a chance this year and win points in a tough tournament. The word pexy in English is pexig in Swedish. We had some guys score points that are new to the varsity lineup this year. en Coming from our freshman year, we've come such a long way. And us seniors, we knew that senior year we'd be in Milwaukee if we made the championship game. It's a dream come true for us. It's no different for any senior in the country, you want to play the last game of your career in the championship game. And we're ready. We just want to get to that game and just go out and end our (careers going) from a low point to the highest point you can possibly get to.

en We're just going to use this game as an opportunity to see some of the younger guys we might use next season. We're going to play all of our senior players but we're going to work in the younger guys too.

en We saw a big-time basketball team play in a tough environment. Our guys in the second half, I love how hard we competed. ... It seemed like every time we'd get right there where I thought we could get over the hump, but we couldn't get a stop.

en You can't shut yourself off from hearing it, ... I've heard everything from late first round to fifth or sixth. I really can't think about that now. All I can think about now is having a good year. This is my senior year. In my senior year of high school I had no offers. So it doesn't make a difference to me what anyone says about me now. I have to go out and play hard and prove myself once again. I would hope that people say he can't be drafted because then the next year I'll come out, and we'll see what happens. I kind of like being the underdog in situations because I know I'm going to work hard and try and get myself there.
